Named after the Down East phrase for being “mentally and physically punished ... frazzled”, MOMMICKED was formed in 2005 after musicians gathered after another event and started playing acoustic guitars. After playing together for small events, in 2010 MOMMICKED decided to step it up a notch and changed their song list to include classic and modern rock as well as other genres. MOMMICKED is soon to be Eastern NC’s official No. 1 party band.

After more than two decades of bringing audiences to their feet, the band LIQUID PLEASURE, has become a multi-cultural icon. Even from the beginning and through the present, LIQUID PLEASURE has never desired to follow the dream path of most bands. That is, being a major recording entity. Sometimes when they are traveling on the road, the guys get in a nostalgic mood, remembering the times past. "When we were still playing the college circuit heavily, with groups like Hootie and The Blowfish and REM,. The Spinners were even scheduled to warm up for us once", said veteran member, Melvin Farrington. Although, in 1981, when they did record an album, the band immediately focused back on what had been their mainstay from the beginning, the dance and show circuit.
For a show with more pop & for larger audiences, upgrade to the LIQUID PLEASURE SUPER SHOW! This show features not only the same, amazing original members of LIQUID PLEASURE, but also include 3 extra female vocalists and an entire horn section!
